Sales is the most important process of any business organisation the survival of a business organisation depends on the shoulders of salesman. It is the main revenue generation of any business.
Below I am sharing seven powerful tips which will definitely boost your sales.
.DON’T SELL, TRY TO HELP – The first thing to do to sell is don’t sell try to help. Be a consultant to your customer and not a salesman identify the need and concern of your customer before presenting your product.
.DON’T BE DESPERATE- Your desperation can kill the lead and interest of the customer. Don’t be desperate while presenting your product desperation can create wrong image of your and your product in the customer’s mind.
.EITHER SOLVE OR ACHIEVE- Your product should either solve the problem of the customer or it should be able to help the customer to achieve his desired goal your product or service should be able to do either one of these or both.
.FOCUS ON KDM- Always focus on key decision maker. A Byjus salesman always focus on the parents and not on the child because he knows the parents are going to make the decision and not the child though the consumer of product is child but the decision maker is parent.
IDENTIFY YOUR AUDIENCE – “Every customer is not your customer” this is my golden statement. You cannot sell comb to a bald man you cannot sell trimmer to a women similarly every customer is not perfect customer or every customer is not customer to your product you should be clear about your target audience better prepare a perfect customer profile.
.BUDGET BRACKET OF YOUR CCUSTOMER- You should be clear about the budget bracket of your customer. Let me explain this with an example if you are selling mobile phones and your customer is having budget of 15k then don’t show mobiles less than 12k and and more than 16k.
.BELIEVE IN YOUR PRODUCT- You should have a firm believe in your product and you should believe that your product or your service is able to help your customer you should have firm believe in your product and you should believe that it is worth buying either it should be able to solve a problem of the customer or should be able to help the customer to achieve his desired goal and if you don’t believe in a product don’t sell it.
